3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). jl433 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl433 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the jl433 cashier page and may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jl433 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the jl433 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl433 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jl433 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jl433 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl433 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of applicable fees are available on the jl433 cashier page.
5.1 General. jl433 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

10.2 jl433's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl433 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jl433 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl433's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jl433 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the jl433 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jl433 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to a regulated gaming matter.
